The interwebs suggest that the likely culprit is pinion angle, relative to the tranny/driveshaft I would find a place that can do a high speed wheel balance, or find a dyno where you can run the car to the critical speed of the vibration and observe the wheels. If its a slower vibration, then check the tires. Also check for the roundness of the tires. You may have a shifted or broken belt in the tire which gives the tire a small bubble like shape in the tread ( that would be noticeable at lower speeds as well.
Problem fixed, yea, It was a bent pinion yoke, what a frustrating time. So it either got bent during the gear change or it was bad all the time but I never ran that high of driveshaft speed before the change, It seems I did have a vibration around 75-80 before the change. Anyhow I'm now vibration free to 80mph!!! . Like a kid jumping on a trampoline, if they jump at the right rhythm they'll really go high, but if they jump at the wrong rhythm they'll quickly come to a stop. The pinion angle didn't change the vibration at all. The first driveshaft from spyder was really bad at 60. The second shaft was better and the third shaft was great to 90. This lead me to think that the problem was with the driveshaft, after installing the shaftmasters driveshaft the vibration had seemed to be less but it is still there I've recently noticed a cyclical or reverberating driveline vibration at highway speeds that begins at 55mph and gets more noticeable as speed increases. It's the most noticeable when I'm pulling a trailer that weighs about 1000 pounds at speeds of 70mph+ but it definitely begins as low as 55mph
